Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience in Python programming
- Proven track record with scientific publications submitted to conferences, journals, or public repositories
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of coding experience
- Minimum 1 year of leading and initiating research agendas
- Expertise in various qubit types, including superconducting qubits, neutral atoms, trapped ions, NV centers, and quantum dots
- Experience with quantum error correcting codes

- Developing benchmarks for assessing fault-tolerance in early-stage quantum applications
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this full-time role is $136,000 - $200,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
