Join Our Reference Data Management Operations Team as Vice President!

JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global firm with a 200-year legacy in financial services, is searching for a dedicated Vice President in Hyderabad for our Reference Data Management Operations (RDMO) team. We specialize in asset, pricing, issuer, and index reference data across the Asset and Wealth Management business domains.

Role Description:

As the Vice President, you will handle our sophisticated index and benchmark reference data operations, focusing on internal client demands and supporting the AWM Lines of Business within J.P. Morgan. Your role will involve establishing a strong control framework and an effective operating model in our India offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives within Reference Data, focusing on enhancing operational execution and data quality.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for the onboarding, creation, and maintenance of Index Reference Data on our core platforms.
• Implement robust controls to mitigate financial risks and manage projects aimed at streamlining processes and automating tasks.
• Partner closely with both the Technology and Operations teams to deliver impactful changes across our production environments.
• Engage in special projects that propel our strategic reference data platform forward.

Qualifications/Eligibility:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Services, particularly in Data Management.
• Proven track record in Operations Management with an acute awareness of risk and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and influence diverse teams effectively.
• Strong familiarity with Index Data, its applications, and components.
