Key Responsibilities:

As a Vice President on the Business Architecture Core Services Team, you will:

• Forge strong partnerships with Finance users, Corporate Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner, supporting critical programs.
• Define the scope of work with Finance stakeholders, including objectives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance models, while promoting agile methodologies.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and project delivery.
• Drive initiatives for the Finance Reference Data Platform, collaborating across technology and business domains.
• Manage operational readiness through thorough testing and effective implementation strategies.
• Assess and document operational model impacts, identifying improvement areas and implementing strategic solutions swiftly.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the banking sector.
• A university degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Expertise in translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks for technology teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage large data sets and deliver concise conclusions.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of successful project implementations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
