Join Ninja Van as a Regional Logistics Senior Associate, Cross Border (Air)

Ninja Van is a leading tech-enabled logistics company revolutionizing delivery services across Southeast Asia. Established in 2014 and headquartered in Singapore, our network now delivers over 1,000 parcels every minute across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Regional Logistics Senior Associate, Cross Border (Air) to enhance our operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of existing solutions and operations
• Develop competitive freight solutions tailored to industry needs
• Handle management escalations and ad-hoc challenges effectively
• Ensure vendor lead time adherence and manage billing and financial reporting
• Actively track shipments and update customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and solve freight-related issues
• Assist in air freight shipment handling and support the Freight team with logistical coordination
• Source and onboard suitable air freight and clearance vendors
• Play a key role in vendor operations monitoring and performance enhancement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping and customs regulations in the assigned region
• Create and manage Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operation scalability and team performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and air freight operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage costs and project timelines
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, and operational processes
• Proficiency in Google Office suite and Sysfreight
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malayu
• Proven ability to engage effectively with all organization levels
• Independent, proactive, and excellent in problem-solving and decision-making
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia as required by business needs
