Role Overview

As the Renew Platform Business Intelligence PM at HP, you will take charge of managing end-to-end solutions within the Services Supply Chain, aligned with the Renew Platform team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate as the primary liaison among the Renew team and broader Supply Chain divisions, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement cutting-edge business intelligence solutions and digital tools. This position aims to enhance our Renew supply chain operations, ensuring global consistency and an exceptional customer experience while maintaining our commitment to sustainable and responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of Services Supply Chain business intelligence tools within the Renew Platform.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Renew team and other Supply Chain stakeholders.

Work with SMEs across various functions to define, design, and implement business intelligence solutions that align with organizational goals.

Develop and showcase proof of concept dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights.

Connect with technical teams to scale solutions within HP and mentor junior team members toward achieving innovation and excellence.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in business intelligence, AI, and supply chain management to keep our systems and processes at the forefront of technology.

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

Over 5 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.

Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI, QlikView, and Tableau, and familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as LLM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Certifications such as MBA, PMP, ITIL, and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
