Join Our Global Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk: Reporting and Master Data Team Lead
We are searching for an experienced Reporting and Master Data Team Lead to join our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk. This role involves delivering a portfolio of data services that support operational and functional leadership teams. By applying operational standards and managing contractual data scope changes, you'll enable maximized commercial recovery, profitability, compliance, and effective business reporting.
As a steward of data quality, you'll ensure adherence to data domain taxonomies and standards, as well as manage data flows between systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a growing team of 8 professionals in Reporting, Master Data, Purchasing Support, and Indirect Tax areas.
- Deliver a growing portfolio of master data initiatives focused on improving operational performance.
- Deploy, maintain, and document controlled data taxonomy.
- Ensure consistent documentation of procedures and processes for data management, including change control.
- Align system, data, contract, and legislation across all in-scope areas.
- Support statutory and management reporting.
- Oversee employees responsible for metrics, reporting, and visualization tools development.
- Enforce data policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the data model and governing policies.
- Adhere to UK and Group accounting policies and procedures.
- Mentor, support, and manage the performance of team members.
- Coordinate responses to audit requests.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Collaboration
You will collaborate with numerous stakeholders including Business stakeholders, PTP, OTC, RTR, Procurement, Leaders, Project Managers, and Associates.
Qualifications
- University Degree is desirable.
- Part Qualified Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is preferable.
Experience
- 5+ years of Record to Report/Financial Accounting experience is essential.
- Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business or Finance Shared Service Centre.
- Experience with change control management frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of processes within Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger.
- Experience/knowledge of Navision, OneStream, and PowerBI is preferable.
- Proven track record in managing or coordinating a team of 5+ persons.
