What Will Make You Succeed in This Position?

  • Business Experience: Solid background in business, preferably with experience in strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business situations, identify opportunities, and build compelling business cases.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency to implement and monitor company initiatives across OEs.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Capability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Advanced understanding of data analysis, visualization concepts, databases, and data structures.
  • Power BI Proficiency: Expertise in data modeling, DAX language, Power Query, report and dashboard creation.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Your Mission

  • Dashboard and Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Drive Initiatives: Support OEs in implementing company initiatives.
  • Evaluate Results: Gather and share insights to assess company initiatives.
  • Build Relationships: Establish robust relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and feedback from business users to continuously improve dashboards and reports.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables related to business intelligence.
