Job Description

Position: Operations Research Analyst 1

Location: Suffolk, VA - Joint Staff Complex

HII's Mission Technologies division is seeking an Operations Research Analyst 1 to support the Joint Force Development Research and Analysis for Joint Staff J7 (JS J-7).

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operational activities to provide a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making using logic, scientific, and economic techniques.
• Develop modeling and measuring techniques; utilize mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques (such as linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language), and principles from scientific and economic disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
