Job Description

Our Suffolk, VA-based team within HII’s Mission Technologies Division is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer Research Development 1 to support the Joint Force Development Research and Analysis for Joint Staff J7(JS J-7) contract.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Initiate, design, develop, execute, and implement scientific research projects.
• Develop theories to understand, characterize, and organize natural phenomena into systematic and meaningful patterns.
• Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

0 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
