Factory is on the search for dynamic and inventive Research Engineers to advance and refine state-of-the-art AI systems aimed at revolutionizing productivity and innovation within software organizations.
Innovate in AI Technology: Engage in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven agentic systems to enhance Factory's core AI capabilities.
Collaborate on Product Development: Work closely with product and engineering teams to transform emergent AI research findings into practical, customer-centric solutions.
Iterative AI Development: Participate in agile development processes, rapidly prototyping and refining AI functionalities based on real-world feedback from developers and enterprises.
Optimize Product Stability: Initiate improvements to address product stability and scalability challenges to support large-scale operational demands reliably.
Advance Data Processing: Lead in the adoption and integration of advanced data processing techniques to improve the reliability and effectiveness of our AI systems.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in AI/ML engineering roles, following the acquisition of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Skills in LLMs: Demonstrated proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and a proven track record in applying AI/ML techniques to tackle complex, unstructured challenges.
Autonomous Worker: High self-motivation and autonomy, with a solid ability to steer ambiguous research projects from conception to impactful deployment.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts and strategies at all organizational levels.
Desirable: Experience with data-intensive applications and familiarity with the software development lifecycle are preferred but not mandatory.
