About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Research Engineer to enhance our Robotics division in San Francisco, CA. This role involves training advanced multimodal robotics models and collaborating on innovative AI applications that elevate our partners' robotic capabilities.

In this role, you will:

• Train and refine large multimodal LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Work collaboratively with external partners to advance new robotics functionalities.
• Tackle machine learning challenges from an end-to-end perspective.
• Have ample opportunity for impactful contributions and independent project management as an early team member.

As the ideal candidate, you possess:

• A strong foundation in applying Machine Learning (ML) to robotics.
• Proven experience in operationalizing AI technologies and managing relationships with external partners or customers.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and supports a hybrid working model, comprising 3 days on-site per week. We also offer comprehensive relocation assistance to ease your transition.
