Key Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Engage in advanced research on Large Language Models (LLMs)-based conversational agents.
• Create cutting-edge algorithms and models to improve capabilities in multi-turn conversations, proactive inquiry, and common-sense reasoning guided by knowledge.
• Perform experiments to address research questions and share your discoveries at leading academic conferences.
• Apply your research to enhance conversational agents, focusing on applications within medical and e-commerce environments.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field.
• Expert knowledge in Natural Language Processing, LLMs, and conversational research.
• A strong track record of publishing at top-tier conferences such as ACL, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICLR, or similar.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of relevant algorithms and models.
• The ability to effectively work as an independent researcher as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex research findings.
