Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The salary range depends on role, level, and location. The precise pay for your job location will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that this range only includes base salary, and does not encompass bonuses, equity, or other benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Author research papers to disseminate research outcomes within the team and the broader research community.
• Promote research business across different teams by sharing trends and best practices.
• Define data structures, frameworks, design, and evaluation metrics for developing and implementing research solutions with minimal guidance. Identify necessary resources and timelines.
• Identify emerging research areas by collaborating with external and internal partners, helping to shape long-term research strategies and plans.
• Conduct experiments to explore research questions, develop prototypes, and conduct simulations to validate research hypotheses and refine methodologies with minimal oversight.
