Position: Generative ML Engineer

We are searching for a highly-skilled Generative ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a robust background in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems. In this pivotal role, you will integrate state-of-the-art LLM technology into our ASR or TTS solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Architect, design, and implement advanced generative AI models for ASR or TTS applications using LLMs.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs to ensure accuracy, naturalness, and high performance in ASR or TTS domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop tailored ASR or TTS solutions.
• Enhance existing ASR or TTS models by leveraging LLMs for improved performance and speed on resource-constrained platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, ASR, TTS, and language modeling, incorporating new techniques to continually enhance our systems.

Who You Are:

• Extensive experience and expertise in developing Large Language Models, especially in ASR or TTS applications.
• An advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python with a strong proficiency in complex machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record in developing ASR or TTS systems, including diverse elements such as acoustic models, language models, and pronunciation models.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
