Job Description

HII’s Mission Technologies is seeking a talented Operations Research Analyst 3 to support the Joint Force Development Research and Analysis for Joint Staff J7 (JS J-7) contract at our Suffolk, VA Joint Staff Complex.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Analyze operational activities to provide a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through logic, and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques.
• Develop modeling and measurement techniques using mathematics, statistical methods, engineering principles, and operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.).
• Provide imaginative, thorough, and practicable technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years with a Master's; or a High School Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
