The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. • Deliver project impact by researching and developing new ideas and capabilities, defining data structure, frameworks, designs, and evaluation metrics for research solution development and implementation.
• Identify timelines and resources needed for research projects.
• Identify emerging research areas by engaging with potential external and internal collaborators.
• Develop long-term research strategies to expand the impact of Google research.
• Tackle complex problems in existing technology, engaging stakeholders and leaders to address them.
• Author research papers to disseminate findings across the organization and the research community.
• Assist in the growth of research by sharing trends and best practices, reviewing academic papers, and serving on program committees and grant panels.
