We are excited to announce an open position for a Research Scientist, Video GenAI and Embodied AI at NVIDIA! We are seeking a highly skilled individual to undertake groundbreaking work in video foundation models and embodied artificial intelligence as part of our dynamic research team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Research Scientist, your duties will include:

• Performing original research in Embodied AI, video foundation models, and long context methods.
• Developing and training large-scale GenAI models tailored for applications such as humanoid robots and GenAI APIs.
• Publishing and presenting your innovative research findings at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members and external researchers.
• Contributing to the broader tech community through open source or direct transfer of technology.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A recently completed Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience is highly valued.
• Hands-on skills in managing and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Depth of knowledge in Embodied AI and proven expertise in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, computer graphics, and robotics.
• A strong track record of research excellence or significant advancements in product development.
• Superior coding skills in Python/C++, and familiarity with common deep-learning frameworks.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in LLM, diffusion models, Humanoid Robots, Embodied AI, and long context models will set your application apart.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive base salary range between 160,000 USD and 287,500 USD, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits.
