Key Responsibilities

As a RSA, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize big data solutions.
• Work closely with engagement managers to define the scope of professional services offered.
• Lead transformative big data projects, including migrations and deploying AI applications.
• Provide expert consultation on architecture and system design.
• Offer high-level support for customer operational issues and collaborate with technical teams for swift resolutions.
• Implement strategic project feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

What We Look for in a Candidate

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Over 6 years of data engineering and analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala and familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud service (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep knowledge of Apache Spark™.
• Strong project delivery skills, including managing deadlines and client relationships.
• Availability to travel up to 30% as required.

Salary Transparency

Databricks offers fair, competitive salaries with a transparent structure. Depending on location and experience, the salary range for this role is $124,800—$220,800 USD annually, plus potential bonuses and equity.
