About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Analyst in Revenue Data Science to enhance our Commercial Department. This hybrid role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office, requiring a physical presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will harness reservation and customer data to uncover profitable insights and collaborate with our business units to implement data-driven solutions that significantly boost revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data sources to generate innovative data science solutions that impact business revenues and profits.
  • Prototype and evaluate new ideas, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to business units.
  • Develop and maintain data science solutions, ensuring the continued enhancement of the revenue management system (YODA).
  • Refine existing data science solutions within departments such as Passenger Revenue, Onboard Revenue, Marketing Planning, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Communicate technical scientific material to non-technical audiences meaningfully and understandably.
  • Introduce new tools developed by the Data Science Team to business units and provide essential training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Science, applying advanced methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Optimization, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling, with experience in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (e.g., H-1B status).
  • Reside within driving distance to Fort Lauderdale, FL and comfortable working in the office three days per week.
