Position: Assistant Manager/Manager

Duration: Full-Time

Required Skills and Expertise

The ideal candidate should exhibit proficiency in:

• AI model development using programming languages like Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB, and possess extensive experience with ML models, deep learning, TensorFlow, and NLP.
• Validating AI models for bias and fairness, particularly in high-risk models prone to such issues.
• Analyzing and ranking ML algorithms based on their success potential for given problems.
• Data exploration and visualization to identify discrepancies in data distribution, affecting model performance in real-world deployments.
• Tuning models to enhance coverage, accuracy, applicability, and minimize bias.
• Database management proficiency in software like SQL Server, Oracle, and expertise in machine learning tools like Python and R.
• Developing functional and process designs, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures alongside advanced engineering teams and executive leadership.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing AI for practical technology solutions.
• Experience in dashboard development using Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.

Additional Skills and Attributes for Success

Additional desirable skills include performing analytics to uncover fraud indicators through data analysis.

Note: A passion for Data Analytics and a minimum of 5-6 years of programming experience are essential. Prior experience with data analytics tools is highly beneficial.
