We are currently on the lookout for a driven individual to enhance our risk data analysis, reporting, strategies, and statistical models across various sectors including credit card, auto, and business banking. The chosen candidate will handle data analysis, develop comprehensive analytics, and spearhead key initiatives to refine our reporting and strategic statistical analysis.

This role requires strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, excellent work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also need to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and influence decision-making at the CRO level.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the next generation suite of data analytics.
  • Enhance senior management's decision-making with robust data analysis.
  • Automate routines to boost efficiency.
  • Broaden analytic and data capabilities for card customers.
  • Implement comprehensive reporting and uphold data standards as per the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) principles.
  • Understand Agile methodologies, data models, and ensure quality assurance.

Essential Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business MIS.
  • At least 3 years of data analytics experience.
  • Proficient in SQL, and experience with SAS, Alteryx, or Tableau.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Familiarity with Python.
  • Proven analytical storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience in Banking or Digital Banking.
