Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Robotics team based in Athens. This role involves collaborating with various departments like Payments, Finance, Operations, and IT Support to develop automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in RPA tools, especially Blue Prism, will be crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate existing business processes into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document automation requirements and workflows.
• Develop and deploy automated processes using Blue Prism, adhering to best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
• Optimize and monitor automated processes for efficient resource consumption.
• Create and update documentation for all phases of an RPA process.
• Maintain and support existing processes, addressing issues promptly.
• Implement change requests and provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Management Science & Technology or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as an RPA Developer with strong knowledge of Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (SQL, JavaScript, C# .NET, Python) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira is desirable.
