Role Overview: Robotics and Controls Engineer

As a Robotics and Controls Engineer at Noah Medical, you will:

  • Develop and Implement Control Systems: Craft algorithms and software for robotic precision and responsiveness.
  • Calibrate and Optimize: Create strategies for tuning control systems and document technical processes.
  • Model and Predict: Utilize mathematical models to analyze robot mechanics and improve control strategies.
  • Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of controls in robotic systems.
  • Advance Software Development: Manage the lifecycle of control algorithm software using Python and C++.
  • Engage with Hardware: Gain hands-on experience with robotic hardware to refine system performance based on user needs.

What We Look For in You:

  • Advanced degree (M.S. minimum) in Mechanical, Controls, Robotics, or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in control system development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for detailed documentation.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping with Python and C++ preferred.

California Pay Range: $133,200—$166,500 USD
