About Comms & Media Practice:
The Comms & Media (C&M) practice at Accenture focuses on several key industries within the communication, media, and entertainment sectors. Our global practice is dedicated to developing growth strategies infused with AI & GenAI to support our clients' business imperatives like revenue growth and cost reduction.
Communications:
This segment focuses on telecommunications, including wireline, wireless, cable, and satellite communications.
Media & Entertainment:
We serve industries such as broadcasting, entertainment, print, and publishing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver AI solutions for Telco clients.
- Work with large data sets and present findings to stakeholders using SQL for data management.
- Propose long-term solutions based on gap analysis.
- Conduct business requirements gathering through various client interactions.
- Analyze and transform current processes to improve efficiency with Data & AI solutions.
- Translate customer needs into business and functional requirements.
- Adopt systematic approaches to complex issues and anticipate project obstacles.
- Deliver effective products and services independently.
- Maintain a collaborative presence with clients and manage client communications and issues.
- Craft compelling data-driven stories for senior client stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science, with at least 3 years in Telecom Analytics.
- Master's degree (MBA/MSc/MTech) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
- Experience in solving real-world data problems using Data & AI solutions.
- Direct onsite client-facing experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced skills in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and knowledge of fields like text mining and IoT.
- Knowledge of econometric/statistical modeling techniques and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with software like Python, R, PySpark, SQL, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented team player with leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques is a plus.
- Cloud platform certification and computer vision experience are advantageous.
