Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium-sized teams in delivering consulting projects for global clients.
- Handle strategy, implementation, process design, and change management for specific modules.
- Manage daily team operations, providing guidance and support to team members for effective solution delivery to clients.
- Participate in client discussions, develop new industry Points of View (PoVs), and reusable tools.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and patients.
- Offer subject matter expertise in various sub-segments of the Life Sciences industry.
- Create assets and methodologies, as well as point-of-view papers and research reports for team and community use.
- Acquire new skills relevant across industry groups.
- Support strategies and operating models focused on specific business units and evaluate competitive responses.
- Co-lead proposals and business development efforts, coordinating with colleagues to create consensus-driven deliverables.
- Implement transformational change plans aligned with client business strategies, engaging stakeholders in the change journey.
- Deliver presentations on functional aspects of your domain as needed to known audiences or clients.
Who We Are Looking For
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Possess 10+ years of proven experience in Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare projects, delivering successful outcomes.
- Have an excellent understanding of pharma data sets, including commercial, clinical, Real World Evidence (RWE), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Bring hands-on experience with real-world evidence data, R&D clinical data, and digital marketing data.
- Experience with datasets like Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, Optum, SHS, Specialty Pharmacy, PSP.
- Skilled in building and deploying statistical models and machine learning algorithms, such as segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
- Proficient in programming languages like R, Python, SQL, Spark.
- Adept in working with large data sets and presenting findings and insights to key stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, Spotfire is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Competent in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strong writing skills to create points of view on current industry trends.
- Excellent client handling skills, demonstrating thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
