Role Description

As the Data Science Associate Director, you will be a key player in architecting solutions and driving business growth through innovative data analytics. Your role will involve:

• Leading the design, build, and deployment of advanced analytics models.
• Translating engineering and business challenges into robust analytical solutions.
• Interfacing directly with clients and internal account teams to enhance operational decision-making.
• Initiating and leading collaborations across various functional teams within Accenture.
• Driving innovation in supply chain planning, asset development, and other key business areas.
• Mentoring a team of talented data analysts in handling large-scale datasets and advanced analytical tools and platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in Data Science with a solid foundation in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning and Cloud Services.
• Expertise in utilities, energy, chemicals, and natural resources is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Scala, and other programming languages.
• Strong capabilities in data integration, modeling, and warehousing.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in Azure Data Services or cloud data engineering are preferred.
