As a Data Architect, you'll play a fundamental role in developing and optimizing database models, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing storage efficiency. Your passion for data and your technical expertise will drive robust data solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing Database Solutions: Create and optimize database structures, implement data migration strategies, and collaborate with IT teams for setting up databases.
• Structural Requirements Analysis: Analyze and understand business needs to translate them into effective data models.
• Data Migration: Migrate data from legacy systems to modern solutions, ensuring integrity during transitions.
• Data Model Design: Design conceptual and logical data models and visualize data processes through flowcharts.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct tests and troubleshooting to improve system performance and integrate new elements for enhanced efficiency.
• Security and Collaboration: Define data access security procedures and collaborate with the Data Science department to anticipate future needs.
• Data Strategy Development: Understand client requirements, implement data strategy aligned with organizational goals, establish data management policies, and define data lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5-8 years of experience in data architecture, data analysis, and database design/maintenance.
• Expertise in data modeling for efficient and scalable structures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DBMS, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with ETL toolsets and real-time data integration techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, D3.js, and R (highly desirable).
• Expertise on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of AI concepts including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is an added advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
