We're searching for a Machine Learning Model Engineer to join our Platform Intelligence (PI) team in Mountain View, CA, who is passionate about using machine learning to drive significant business change and revenue growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Lead global feature teams to design and implement impactful production-grade machine learning solutions from start to finish.
• Develop strategic visions for machine learning components and spearhead the resolution of technical challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest machine learning technologies and industry trends to enhance our projects and solutions.
• Conceive and execute new machine learning projects that generate significant business value and develop proof of concepts.
• Implement best engineering practices, uphold high standards in engineering quality, and optimize machine learning development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to expand machine learning features and tools.
• Mentor junior team members and cultivate a positive team culture that supports learning and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with:

• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field plus extensive industry experience.
• Proven expertise in leading production-grade machine learning projects with significant financial outcomes.
• A solid theoretical understanding of machine learning and data mining and hands-on experience with mainstream ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Go, or other OOP languages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
