SAP Advisory Consultant – Master Data Governance

Role Overview

As a Manager in our SAP Advisory Practice, you'll become a trusted advisor and architect, focusing on data and analytics engagements across various business applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement. Your role involves guiding customers on optimal deployment and utilization of SAP analytics solutions to deliver accelerated business value. This position requires a broad understanding of SAP Analytics solutions along with expertise in data integration and harmonization.

Responsibilities

People

• Assist CTOs, CIOs, and CDOs in building an ERP Strategy Roadmap by defining target IT landscapes and processes, from blueprinting to management and delivery phases.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on multiple projects alongside technical delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation for customers.
• Contribute to business development and sales origination, collaborating with other Accenture teams to identify growth opportunities and support strategic client needs.
• Coach and guide colleagues to develop top SAP Advisory talent in the market.

Processes

• Coordinate project deliverables throughout a transformation lifecycle, defining, analyzing, and mapping business processes, organizational elements, and related applications to address clients' biggest challenges.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Master Data Solutions and contribute to S/4HANA programs/projects.
• Facilitate and drive workshops with customer teams (Business and IT), engaging actively from the Prepare phase through to Go-Live phases.

Technology

• Assist companies in strategically outlining their IT and business operating models to adapt to technological advancements.
• Engage in various SAP transformations with a team of industry, business, and technology experts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, shaping client transformation programs, developing business cases, and designing blueprints for implementation.
• Collaborate to solve complex challenges and propose diverse SAP-related IT solutions to support business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of consulting experience in MDG with a minimum of 1 year in SAP Master Data solutions.
• Cloud mindset and sound understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform architecture.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and assisting Customer's data governance teams in preparing data for S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven capability in configuring and utilizing MDG.
• Ability to lead and educate organizations on data governance best practices.
• Experience in defining data governance models, identifying data governance roles, and training users with a focus on SAP best practices.
• Strong communication skills for articulating value in business-centric terms.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Master Data Governance certification.
• Experience in S/4HANA Business Case and Roadmaps.
