Your Role: Manager in SAP Advisory Practice

As a Manager in our SAP Advisory Practice, you will serve as a trusted advisor and architect, focusing on data and analytics engagements across various business applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement. You will guide customers on the best ways to deploy and utilize SAP analytics solutions to deliver accelerated business value.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Analytics solutions, along with additional expertise in data integration and harmonization.

Responsibilities

People

Collaborate with CTOs, CIOs, and CDOs to develop ERP Strategy Roadmaps by defining target IT landscapes and processes, from blueprinting to delivery phases. Join a dynamic team, working on multiple projects simultaneously with technical delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences for our customers. Contribute to business development, sales origination, and identify growth opportunities within our practice. Mentor and guide colleagues to develop top-tier SAP Advisory talent.

Processes

Coordinate project deliverables through transformation lifecycles, defining, analyzing, and mapping business processes, organizational elements, and applications to address our clients’ challenges and deliver business value. Utilize your SAP Master Data Solutions expertise to act as a Subject Matter Expert in this Functional Domain. Facilitate and lead workshops with customer teams, ensuring active involvement from preparation through to Go-Live phases.

Technology

In a rapidly-evolving technological landscape, assist companies in outlining their IT and business operating models and adapting to new developments. Engage in various SAP transformations with industry, business, and technology experts. Shape our clients’ transformation programs, creating business cases, designing blueprints, and ensuring seamless implementation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years consulting experience in MDG and 4 years with SAP Master Data solutions.
• Cloud mindset and a thorough understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform architecture.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance for S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to lead and educate organizations on data governance best practices.
• Expertise in defining data governance models, identifying roles, and training users in SAP best practices.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical value into business-centric terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Master Data Governance certification.
• Experience with S/4HANA Business Case and Roadmaps.
