Job Description

• Management of SAP Data Analytics Cloud platform
• Configuration management
• Setup of a platform monitoring concept incl. dashboard
• Problem & issue solving within platform (in case of product issues with vendor; in case of source systems issue with Bosch internal service providers)
• Testing and knowledge transfer for product enhancements
• Participation and support in service development & enhancement
• Report to Stakeholders like Project Managers or workstream product owners, key user, product development manager, technical development manager, Responsible for IT Product/Service Development, Product and service owner, platform owner, IT coordinators, Big Data Platform Consultants & Engineers, Architects)
• Build-up of a Known Issue Database & enrichment of Technical Platform Documentation

Qualifications

Training/Graduation

Relevant university degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business management or similar qualifications)• Product knowledge in SAP SAC or similar business intelligence and analytics tools
• Basic database knowledge in e.g. Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Basic understanding of RESTful API/web-services
• Application management skills
• Documentation skills
• Monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk or New Relic would be preferred)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
