Purpose and Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Management (MDG) Consultant to lead and design strategic and tactical data initiatives. This role involves overseeing data migration, cleansing, profiling, and data warehouse design, modeling, and implementation for our clients.

Job Expectations and Tasks

As a Senior MDG Consultant, you will:

• Communicate effectively with customers and partners to understand and translate Enterprise Data needs into comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
• Articulate the roadmap of SAP products and solutions related to Data strategy.
• Engage in the preparation, realization, and Go Live phases of customer implementation projects, and perform feasibility studies and project assessments.
• Learn and adapt to new knowledge, contributing to fast-paced innovation.
• Design Data management strategies for SAP on-premise and Cloud environments.
• Adapt standard service products to meet customer-specific needs.
• Apply ABAP programming skills and SAP Functional knowledge in real customer projects to develop innovative solutions or enhancements.
• Utilize Design Thinking or other methodologies to solve customer problems or design solutions.
• Deliver engineering services like Integration Validation and Rapid Prototyping to ensure customer value realization.
• Provide Assessment and Optimization services and support critical escalations.

Work Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Maths, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of hands-on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) experience, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations.
• Implementation experience of SAP MDG/MDM in key domains like Finance, Customer, Supplier, Material, and Business Partners.
