Educational Background

Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.

Principal Accountabilities

• Deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Sales/Rx/Patient data for US Supplier Services.
• Develop and modify new SAS/Python codes, including using Proc SQL.
• Create and execute scripts on Hadoop.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics. Summarize findings in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI dashboards.
• Gain a deep understanding of IQVIA's proprietary databases, methodologies, and analytics.
• Ensure proper documentation of projects using standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for current projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Effectively and promptly respond to ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders.

Job Skill Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Python with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experienced in Interactive Data Visualization or Very Large Databases (VLDB) Analysis projects using Hadoop.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel (Macros), Word, Access, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a flair for research and investigation.
• Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, leads, and stakeholders while fostering team spirit.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to make decisions independently in the absence of detailed instructions.
• Prior experience working with IQVIA datasets and a thorough understanding of the U.S. Healthcare industry is a plus.
