Role: Associate Manager – AI/GenAI

Join our Data and Analytics team, a multi-disciplinary technology group delivering solutions across Data Mining, Management, Visualization, Business Analytics, Automation, Statistical Insights, and AI/GenAI. Work on a variety of assignments covering numerous countries and industry sectors.

The Opportunity

We seek an expert Associate Manager in AI/GenAI, proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM models for Generative AI, text analytics, and Python Programming. You will develop and deliver sector-specific solutions across Financial Services, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecom, Real Estate, and more, implementing EY SaT mergers and acquisition methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning solutions; create APIs using Python.
• Possess a solid understanding of Big Data and Visualization.
• Lead Generative AI applications development using both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly, etc.) and proprietary models (OpenAI GPT models, MS Azure Cognitive Services, Google’s Palm, Cohere, etc.).
• Work extensively with advanced models like GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Llama, and BERT for natural language processing and contextual content generation.
• Design and optimize solutions using Vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Identify business opportunities and analytics applications through sector understanding.
• Manage mid-to-large scale projects ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and devise alternative solutions.
• Provide expert reviews for projects within the assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in Go to Market/Stakeholder Management.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and communicating results to clients.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions in Azure Cloud Framework.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning model development, and deployment (preferably in Azure).
• Experience with statistical techniques such as Linear and Non-Linear Regression, Classification, Optimization, Forecasting, and Text Analytics.
• Proficiency in Deep Learning, NLP, NLG, LLM, and DL techniques.
• Experience implementing applications using both open source and proprietary LLM models.
• Proficiency with Langchain-type orchestrators or similar workflow management tools.
• 6-8 years of Python programming experience.
• Experience with SDLC and product development principles.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
