Scrum Master, Data Analytics at The Cigna Group

Your Role

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to enhance team alignment and productivity.

Collaborate with Product Owners: Ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.

Remove Impediments: Address obstacles that hinder the team's progress for a smooth and efficient workflow.

Align Agile Processes: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to maintain consistency across the organization.

Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to track and enhance team performance, implementing necessary changes to improve velocity and quality.

Foster Collaboration: Create an open environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute.

Your Skills

Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

Facilitation Skills: Proficient in leading discussions and asking questions to help teams identify challenges and solutions.

Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management Software: Experienced in using tools like Jira.

Your Profile

Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master with proven experience in leading and coaching Agile teams.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Agile Advocacy: Advocate for Agile principles and inspire change within teams and the broader organization.

Continuous Improvement: Passionate about continuous improvement and helping teams reach their full potential.

Remote Work Requirements: If working from home, you must have a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
