Job Description

Here’s how you can contribute to our common goals:

  • Take responsibility: You'll manage two or three international agile teams that develop innovative, Bosch-wide BI and analytics applications for our internal customers. Additionally, you will be a part of our worldwide analytics community team and assist in organizing Bosch wide events and shaping our internal processes.
  • Shape the future: As a member of the Cross-Functional Business Intelligence Center of Competence (xBI), you will work on the future management of Bosch and develop smart solutions for data-driven decisions.

  • Live cooperation: You will work with an interdisciplinary team empowered by internal and external service providers as well as in direct communication with our internal customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed studies in the field of business administration, project management, (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in leading or working with an agile development team, experience in facilitating meetings using visual meeting techniques and tools
  • Know-How: Certified Scrum Master with experience in Agile Working (Scrum, Kanban, Scaling Scrum), strong understanding of agile values (Agile Manifesto). Knowledge in global event organization is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Personality: A team player, dedicated, responsible, a positive attitude, and adaptable.
  • Way of working: Organized, self-initiated, results and solution-oriented, passionate about agile methodologies and software development
