Your Role and Impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and optimization of AI initiatives, including vector databases, AI prompting mechanisms, fine-tuning models, and advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Architect and manage robust data pipelines and AI infrastructure to underpin our machine learning projects and data-driven strategies.
• Keep updated with cutting-edge AI research and tech developments, assessing their viability and integration into our products.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to gauge AI requirements and deliver scalable solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation within our AI division.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data or AI Engineering, particularly in implementing AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and well-versed in AI libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Demonstrated capability in AI model design and real-world deployments, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, PGVector), prompting mechanisms (e.g., GPT-3, Codex), and fine-tuning practices.
• Expertise in machine learning principles and algorithms, with proven problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and developing scalable and reliable AI infrastructures.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and version control.
• Understanding of advanced AI techniques like GANs, transfer learning, and federated learning is advantageous.
