Become a pivotal part of our rapidly growing Digital Innovation - AI Center of Excellence at Philips. Engage in developing groundbreaking applications powered by Artificial Intelligence technologies. As a Senior AI Developer, you will have the chance to:

• Develop projects leveraging AI algorithms, aimed at both streamlining internal processes and enhancing client-integrated software solutions;
• Actively contribute to our dedicated AI framework, particularly focusing on Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision;
• Participate in the AI product lifecycle from business case analysis, model tuning, to developing application components and crafting the ideal User Experience;
• Work within a structured context where methodology and relationships are strategically significant on an international and multicultural scale;
• Ensure the delivery of project deliverables as agreed with Project Managers and clients, adhering to budget and quality constraints;
• Provide application support for solutions based on AI modules, Large Language Models, and Computer Vision, both existing and new.

Your Unique Strengths

For this Senior Associate role, ideal candidates should possess:

• A STEM degree with at least two years of relevant experience;
• Experience in developing and training models using Machine Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark ML, SpaK GraphX, as well as SaaS services like Google Vertex AI, Azure Cognitive Services, and OpenAI;
• Proficiency in Python and a strong interest in working with Large Language Models and Computer Vision;
• Knowledge of Semantic Web and advanced search engine architectures (Elastic Search, Solr, Lucene);
• Familiarity with NoSQL data structures (MongoDB or Hadoop ecosystem components);
• Proven experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java/Scala, C++, or Python;
• Ability to continuously learn and apply new technologies beyond mere research activities;
• Advanced skills in active listening, synthesis, and problem-solving;
• Independence in managing projects and coordinating junior resources when necessary;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong professionalism, and an advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
