Your New Role

As a Senior AI Developer, you will join an agile team dedicated to pioneering developments in AI and NLP. You'll work with groundbreaking technologies, including open-source and proprietary Transformer models, and collaborate on integration with leading LLMs like ChatGPT, PALM/Gemini, and other big tech innovations. If you thrive in environments that require translating cutting-edge research into actionable, high-impact prototypes, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced AI models tailored to a variety of use cases.
• Integrate innovative prompt engineering methods with renowned LLMs via APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services for AI solutions and NLP processing pipelines.
• Leverage the latest cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud's Vertex AI and AWS SageMaker for DL/ML pipelines.
• Contribute creatively by bringing your own innovative ideas (BYOI) to life.

What We Need from You

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Python 3.x.
• Proven track record with training, tuning, and deploying Language Models.
• Strong background in NLP or Computational Linguistics.
• Familiarity with at least two of the following technologies: SpaCy, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Prior experience with Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.

Skills:

• Robust understanding of agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Self-motivated learner with a strong curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Education:

• Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent level of experience directly related to the role.
