What You Will Do:

As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, your role is critical in designing and deploying AI solutions that tackle complex business challenges:

• Develop and scale AI solutions from inception through to deployment, aligning closely with business objectives.
• Handle extensive datasets, craft efficient data processing workflows, and train durable models, spending roughly 70% of your time on these tasks.
• Take complete ownership of projects, dedicating around 30% of your time to exploring new NLP and ML techniques.
• Collaborate with other AI experts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet and exceed business and user needs.
• Author detailed technical documentation and stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in AI, continually integrating new tech and approaches to enhance business outcomes.
• Uphold robust engineering practices and develop high-quality machine learning services with a focus on user-centric solutions.

Who You Are:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, NLP, and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Docker and AWS environments.
• Exceptional ability to drive AI projects from a technical leadership stance and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive innovator with a mindset geared towards continual learning and improvement.
