Your Role and Challenges

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design scalable Machine Learning (ML) software solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs and drive these projects from conception to live production environments. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, security, and governance of AI implementations.

You will collaborate closely with diverse tech roles within our Bip xTech division, including Cloud Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. Your contributions will span from designing MLOps platforms to creating guardrails around AI and data architecture, streamlining software implementations, and enhancing AI observability.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related STEM fields.
• Proven experience using Google Cloud Platform.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Scala, Java.
• Strong background in software design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experienced with Code Repository tools and CI/CD methodologies.
• Well-versed in Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and Generative AI methodologies.
• Skilled in SQL for database design, querying, and management, including ETL activities.
• Experience leading project teams in coordination, growth, pre-sales, and delivery phases.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
