About Your Role:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and deploying advanced AI systems that enhance game quality and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our design team to set new standards in AI for gaming, creating adversaries that are thrilling, engaging, and fair for all levels of player skill.
• Leading the planning and execution of significant AI projects with minimal supervision.
• Mentoring junior team members, uplifting the entire engineering team's standards.
• Proactively enhancing the quality of our systems and processes.

What We Need From You:

To excel in this position, you should have:

• Proven experience in AI system development on one or more AAA console/PC titles.
• Advanced knowledge of gaming AI methodologies like Behaviour Trees, FSMs, navigation techniques, and physics-based gameplay mechanics.
• Proficiency in C++ including profiling, debugging and optimizing.
• Superb communication skills and the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
• A strong passion for AI's application both within and outside of game development.

Experience with Unreal Engine, Unreal Blueprint scripting, and multi-threaded programming is highly desirable.
