What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct data collection, cleaning, and preparation for machine learning tasks.
• Implement best practices and introduce innovative ideas in AI/ML.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and apply new findings to practical problems.
• Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready code for AI models.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines ensuring data quality for machine learning tasks.
• Optimize models and ensure scalability to handle large datasets and high throughput.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML engineering.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Prompt engineering, custom chat bots, and generative image models (Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Familiarity with data wrangling and manipulation tools (pandas, NumPy).
• Excellent problem-solving skills for open-ended, ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• A strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, and other AI-related domains is preferred.
• Published research papers or contributions to the AI/ML community are a significant advantage.
