The Role

We are on the lookout for a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of AI-infused products at Fora. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, involves steering our AI initiatives from conceptualization through to implementation, ensuring our solutions dramatically enhance user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, scalability, and maintenance of all AI-driven products.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define project scope and priorities, turning innovative ideas into tangible solutions rapidly.
• Design robust data pipelines that uphold our AI initiatives, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
• Iteratively enhance AI products by integrating new models, tools, and techniques.
• Manage the evaluation process for advanced AI solutions, setting benchmarks for success.

What You’ll Bring

• Over 6 years in software engineering with a minimum of 3 years in machine learning.
• Proven track record of developing AI prototypes or deploying AI products directly to users.
• Deep expertise in building production-grade systems and optimizing data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Typescript, and advanced AI modeling and prompting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for proactive project management and prioritization.

Compensation and Benefits
