Role Summary

As a Senior AI Engineer within the Systematic Markets AI Team, you'll be leading a team focused on the development and implementation of generative AI solutions. You’ll work alongside the central Decision Science team and manage developers within the Digital Customer Crew, ensuring seamless integration with our Customer Relationship Management systems. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our service offerings to coverage bankers and clients, positioning IB&M as a leader in innovative banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the collaboration with IB&M bankers and specialists to develop AI-driven solutions.

- Partner with AI experts within Commonwealth Bank to design robust AI frameworks.

- Oversee end-to-end solution deployment, from conceptualization to realization.

- Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their technical and professional skills.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates with a strong background in programming, particularly in Python, and those who have hands-on experience with generative AI, CRM systems, and various data platforms are ideal for this role. Knowledge of institutional banking or financial market products is highly beneficial. We value leaders who are problem solvers, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial markets. A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, or engineering is preferred.
