Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI behaviors for dynamic in-game characters.
• Enhance and uphold animation systems to achieve AAA quality.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to craft engaging, AI-friendly environments.
• Iterate character behaviors based on playtest outcomes and design specifications.
• Optimize code efficiency to adhere to memory and CPU constraints.
• Identify and resolve issues in AI and animation frameworks proactively.

Essential Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of game AI components such as navigation and behavior dynamics.
• Familiarity with contemporary animation systems and methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years in professional game programming, with direct experience in shipping at least one complete title.
• Advanced skills in C/C++ and adept in using Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Effective communication and robust teamwork capabilities.
• Strong foundational knowledge in mathematics.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced expertise in AI, animation, physics, or networking.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 animation systems.
• Previous contributions to Multiplayer Action Games or FPS genres.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
