Job Description

As a Senior AI Research Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLM) and Agent technologies, you will drive groundbreaking research to tackle both academic and industrial challenges. Collaborate with an international team of experts to innovate and integrate advanced LLM Agent technologies and third-party solutions into Bosch products enhancing capabilities in areas such as information retrieval and software engineering assistance.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in computer science or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of research experience in NLP, machine learning, and related fields.
• Proven track record with large language models and developing agents utilizing these models.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial research settings.
• Proficiency with state-of-the-art NLP/AI libraries and toolkits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Publications in top NLP/AI venues such as ACL, EMNLP, AAAI, NeurIPS, etc.
• Experience in task planning, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-modal foundation models.
• Research and development experience in low-resource NLP and explainable NLP.
• Hands-on experience in deploying NLP systems in production environments.
