About the Job: Senior Analyst, Data & Analysis

Our Data & Analysis team taps into data-driven insights to unlock strategic growth for our clients. We believe data is most effective when it’s driving innovative ideas and compelling stories. We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst who can analyze extensive datasets, make cross-channel recommendations, and effectively communicate strategic visions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and tactical foundations for data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and online testing strategies.
  • Establish frameworks across project lifecycles including measurement plans, research, and performance reporting.
  • Dive into large datasets to uncover insights and deliver impactful client recommendations.
  • Connect the dots across channels to provide a comprehensive view of marketing efforts.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive client success.
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and management of data visualization and reporting tools like Datorama and IAS.
  • Manage processes for data intake, validation, and communication with global teams.
  • Address potential ad quality issues preemptively with internal and external teams.
  • Act as a global SME for Taxonomy, Datorama, and IAS, providing guidance and training to local and regional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy.
  • A four-year college degree.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and emerging digital trends.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Datorama and IAS.
  • Strong understanding of media data models and platform integration (e.g., GCM, Meta, offline, vendor data).
  • Solid knowledge of data gathering and cleansing techniques.
  • Motivated to research and troubleshoot data discrepancies and ideate solutions.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, in accordance with legal standards. Benefits for this role include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Applicants outside the stated range are still welcome to apply.
