We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Analyst - Data Scientist to enhance our analytics team. Based in our headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra, the ideal candidate will delve into large datasets to derive insights, develop predictive models, and steer data-driven strategies that bolster our market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Create and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics to address business challenges.
• Develop AI solutions for relevant applications.
• Ensure data quality through preprocessing and data transformation techniques.
• Visualize and report data findings to stakeholders to support decision making.
• Collaborate closely with business units to align data projects with strategic goals.
• Implement and maintain production-level machine learning models with continuous monitoring.

Required Technical and Functional Skills

• Expertise in data mining, statistics, and machine learning.
• Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and potentially Scala or Java.
• Knowledge of Big Data platforms and tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and data visualization technologies such as Tableau and d3.js.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data science capacity.
• Strong academic background with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related fields.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
