Job Description: Senior Analyst, Occupancy and Space Planning Data Analytics

The Senior Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Planning Operations, Analytics Reporting, plays a vital role in managing Space Data for KPIs and future space needs. Responsibilities include analyzing occupancy data, conducting space studies, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop space planning solutions. This role demands strong communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to develop actionable solutions.

Essential Job Duties

• Analyze data on occupancy, space usage, and workplace trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven changes.
• Track effectiveness of space plans and occupancy trends to guide ongoing spatial optimization efforts through regular reports with actionable insights.
• Identify root causes of anomalies and implement controls to mitigate errors.
• Create project plans to support Planning Team goals, ensuring data accuracy and metric integrity.
• Provide clear communication on project status, critical paths, and dependencies.
• Support change management in Space Operations, focusing on data management improvements.
• Build relationships across Intuitive to understand and implement data best practices.
• Maintain real-time, up-to-date space data and utilization metrics.

Complete assigned project sections: set goals, gather resources, meet deadlines, share progress, and present results.

Qualifications

Required Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, facility management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau (Prep), Smartsheets, Snowflake, SQL.
• Prior work experience in engineering, accounting, business, auditing, or consulting firms.
• Strong data analytics skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in audit and/or process improvement.
• Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes.
